Mel is knowledgeable, patient, professional, with a comfortable and friendly touch. I’m a very open and blunt person and it was great to be able to express myself and be understood without having to worry about how to say what I wanted /needed to say without feeling judged nor misunderstood. Having someone listening to me to really helped  guide me on how best to move forward.
